The Form element

This page demonstrates the usage and capabilities of the Form element that is part of the Mercury template. With the Form element, you can create from simple to complex forms for your pages. When the form is submitted, an email is send to a specified address containing the data entered. A variety of processing options can be set in the form content.

This is a sample form configuration that shows how to use different input field types

This text is shown left below the first input field. Below each field, you can add a text with HTML markup.

Next, you see different versions of radio buttons, where only one option can be checked.

The radio buttons / toggles above have a "dependend fields" configuration. Depending on the selection, different fields are shown below this text.
